mustard are working a creative agency based in Leicester who cover all things branding, advertising, and everything web - they have a head count of around 10 staff and have created a family orientated environment all striving for the same goal together!  

Our client is on the lookout for an Account Manager with digital design experience being a must with a keen eye and attention to detail, as a lot of their clients operate within the property and commercial sector.  

For this role, our client is offering a salary between £30,000-£35,000 (DOE) along with a flexible hybrid working schedule. 

Mission - 

• To build strong relationships with external stakeholders.
• Responsible for proactively managing client projects to ensure that the client is kept fully informed on the status of ongoing work and that the internal design team and studio are aware of all deadlines and of any changes required by the client as quickly as possible.
• The role will also identify further opportunities with existing and/or new clients.

Core Purpose -

• The building of long-lasting and positive relationships with existing and potential clients
• The day-to-day management of clients’ marketing campaigns
• Ensuring that projects are completed and delivered to an agreed schedule and within budget
• Pro-active engagement with internal teams to motivate and encourage teams to deliver great results
• Communicating and liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams in a regular and structured manner
• Keeping client marketing plans up to date and communicating all changes to relevant internal teams and confirming changes with client
• Presenting client feedback to internal teams
• Creating, completing and presenting accurate reports and status notifications
• Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients
• Using knowledge and skills to push clients, internal teams and the agency to operate efficiently and effectively
