mustard is partnering with a leading multidisciplinary design practice based with a key reputation in the Middle East producing prestigious large-scale hospitality and commercial projects. They are currently expanding for a leading Design Director / Design Leader to be part of the senior management and decision-making process.  

The role requires leading design discussions and developing creative conceptual ideas with a team of talented designers whilst having the ability to coordinating with key existing and new clients. Being highly presentable with strong communication skills will be an integral part of delivering challenging and high profiled work across the region.

Key Components of the Role:

• Creative design input
• Instilling inspiration and collaboration to the team
• Project Control and Delivery

Requirements:

• Degree/MA in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or other related industries
• Minimum 12-15+ Years Experience
• Track Record of Leadership
• Project Portfolio rich in hotels, mixed use and other high end hospitality works is a must
• Fluent in English
