Senior Project Manager 

A London based agency is looking for a skilled & experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

You will be responsible for working across a range of different projects & clients, helping deliver events to a high-standard. This role requires exceptional operational events & logistics experience... Does this sound like you? 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Project Management

• Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with company objectives.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

2. Content Development

• Work closely with content creators to ensure high-quality, relevant, and engaging content.

• Establish best practices and guidelines for content development and delivery.

3. ROT Analysis

• Develop strategies to optimize content and ensure alignment with business needs.

• Implement processes to maintain content efficiency and relevance.

4. Client Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.

• Understand client needs and expectations, translating them into actionable project deliverables.

• Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to clients on project status and performance.

• Manage contract negotiations and service agreements where necessary.

5. Health & Safety

• Ensure that all projects adhere to health & safety regulations and best practices.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement necessary safety measures.

• Provide training and awareness on health & safety standards to the project team.

6. Line Management

• Lead, mentor, and support project teams to ensure high performance and professional growth.

• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Foster a positive team environment, promoting collaboration and accountability.

7. New Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio.

• Develop proposals, pitch strategies, and client presentations.

• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.

• Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to enhance competitive advantage.

Requirements: 

- ESSENTIAL - You need to have your own vehicle and be able to drive to site - Client has outside of London clients and regular site visits are part of the role.

- At least 4-5 years event production experience preferable, ideally in an agency environment

- Large budget event experience

- Experienced in using ROI methodology

- Line management experience

- content development experience

- experience video production preferable
