Overview

We are seeking a talented FF&E Designer to join an award-winning East London studio, specialising in luxury hospitality interior design. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects and collaborate with a dynamic team of design professionals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and creative FF&E concepts for luxury hospitality projects including hotels, bars and restaurants.
• Research and source high-quality materials, finishes, and furnishings to meet project requirements and client expectations
• Create detailed FF&E specifications, schedules, and budgets in line with project timelines and design standards
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors to ensure the timely delivery and installation of FF&E elements
• Present FF&E concepts and proposals to clients, and incorporate feedback to refine designs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Proven experience in FF&E design for luxury hospitality projects, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools
• Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings, with a keen eye for detail and quality
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively

Day-to-day

As an FF&E Designer, you will be responsible for collaborating with the design team, sourcing materials and furnishings, creating detailed specifications, and presenting concepts to clients. You will also coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of FF&E elements within project timelines.
