Integrated Producer
We are seeking an experienced Integrated Producer to oversee the delivery and execution of high-quality campaign toolkits, OOH/digital templating, and the management of digital asset creation. This role sits at the heart of the creative production process, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of assets across multiple channels and touchpoints.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and media partners, to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role, ideal for someone with a passion for organization, problem-solving, and bringing creative concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end production and delivery of campaign toolkits, ensuring consistency across OOH, digital, and print channels.
- Manage the development of digital and OOH templates, ensuring ease of adaptation for global markets.
- Coordinate the production of digital assets, including banners, social media creatives, and website content, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, managing timelines, budgets, and approvals to keep projects on track.
- Partner closely with creative and design teams to ensure assets are produced to the highest standard and are optimized for various media formats.
- Work with external vendors, agencies, and production partners to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery.
- Manage asset delivery pipelines, file organization, and version control to ensure efficiency across all touchpoints.
- Troubleshoot challenges during production, ensuring solutions are implemented quickly without compromising quality.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in integrated production or a related role, with a strong focus on OOH, digital, and multi-channel campaign delivery.
- A deep understanding of campaign toolkit creation and templating for digital and print applications.
- Experience managing the production of digital assets across formats such as banners, social media, and websites.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships and expectations with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with creative teams, agencies, and vendors.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in project management tools and workflows; familiarity with tools like Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms is a plus.
- A solid understanding of production workflows, including print and digital processes.
