Job Description

mustard is partnering with a Global Hospitality Design Group as they look to hire a Project Manager to join thei London studio and contribute to the success of  global design projects. Working closely with a Senior Project Manager, the successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external project teams, third-party consultants, and other stakeholders to deliver contracted services for luxury hotel interior and architectural design projects worldwide.

The initial focus will be on two dynamic mega-projects in the Middle East, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

Employment Details:

  • Basis: Full-time, Permanent
  • Location: London, UK
  • Eligibility: Must have the right to work in the UK

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in project management.
  • 3-5 years of relevant project management experience, ideally within a high-end design or architectural firm. (Note: This is not a design role.)

Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and MS Projects.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Documentation:

    • Prepare documentation as required by the client’s commercial and project management team.

  2. Variation Management:

    • Prepare variation orders (VOs), price and negotiate approvals for variations and additional fee bids.

  3. Project Reporting:

    • Develop and maintain project reports and programmes to ensure clear communication of progress.

  4. Resource Management:

    • Prepare and update project resource plans using the ERP system.

  5. Invoicing:

    • Collaborate with the Finance and Administration team to prepare monthly billing in line with contract terms.
