Job Description
a 30 strong Design practice are looking for an experienced Architectural Technologists and/ or Technicians who are either chartered or have at least several years post qualification experience. Excellent AutoCAD skills would be essential to succeed in the position, experience in Sketchup would be a bonus.
On offer is the chance to work on challenging projects throughout the UK, primarily within the leisure sector, joining a practice with a great working environment and work very closely within their 5 strong Architectural team.
Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician/ Technologist:
• Either MCIAT registered or several years post qualification
• Self-motivated and be able to work to a high standard within the given deadlines
• Ability to demonstrate strong technical abilities exhibited throughout your supporting portfolio
• Good communication skills both verbally and written
• Proficient understanding of the UK building regulations
• Provide design proposals, technical solutions/ specifications, professional expertise, and support
