CALLING ALL Senior Creative Designers whom are looking for their next perm role in a popular London postcode working on a hybrid model. A global event design and brand experience agency working on innovative projects and productions for luxury fashion, entertainment, high jewelry, beauty, and arts & cultural events. Clients include high-profile brands within Tec,Fashion,Beauty, and Entertainment. The agency has a strong global reputation and is experiencing exponential growth, with a recent expansion across the pond. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Contribute to the development of creative concepts and design solutions for both luxury and consumer events.
  • Lead the creative execution of event designs, ensuring alignment with broader content strategies across platforms and channels.
  • Maintain exceptional standards and continuously push creative boundaries to exceed client expectations.
  • Drive best practices and innovative thinking, consistently raising the bar for creative outcomes.

 

 

Essential Attributes:

 

  • Already working in a senior design role within an agency, with a proven track record.
  • Proficiency in design software, including SketchUp, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Keynote, and G-Suite.
  • BONUS POINTS -  3D modeling (Vectorworks, Blender, Rhino), CAD, and Cinema 4D.
  • Experience in additional design mediums such as set dressing, illustration, and art direction would be attractive.
  • Experience with luxury

  • Evaluate and interpret client briefs to drive creative concepts with clarity and strong communication.
  • Deliver confident team and client presentations.
  • Work efficiently within project timelines, effectively managing priorities.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, arts, culture, and technology to advise clients on new opportunities.
  • Uphold high standards and attention to detail, fostering an environment of excellence.
  • Mentor and manage team members, fostering skill development and overall team success.
  • Serve as a collaborative leader, contributing cultural knowledge and expertise that benefits the entire team.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with directors, providing regular updates on projects.
