mustard is partnering with a World-Class Global Design Practice with a highly talented team in producing iconic design work across the high end space. They are strategically expanding for a leading Design Director to be part of the senior management team with a reputation in the hospitality sector and a track record in delivering luxury hotels across APAC.
The role requires leading design discussions and developing ideas with a team of talented and ambitious designers whilst creating key connections with existing and new clients. Being highly presentable with strong communication skills will be an integral part of delivering challenging and high profiled work across the Asia market with a support from global offices in maintaining design standards.

- Creative design input for Hospitality projects
- Project Control and Delivery
- Maintaining Company Core Values
- Client facing and presentation abilities
- Strong mind-set to challenge design ideas and details
Requirements:
- Degree/MA in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or other related industries
- Minimum 12+ Years Experience
- Track Record of Leadership
- Substantial Hotel Project Portfolio is ideal
- Fluent in English
