Job Description
The leaders in global entertainment are looking for a Senior Producer to join their internal creative agency on a 12-month contract starting in June (Inside IR35)
This award winning, global agency is structures around 2 teams; Brand & Strategy and the Creative Studio, comprising of four core disciplines; Design & illustration, UI/UX, Motion & 3D and Film & Video. They deliver projects in collaboration with game development and marketing/PR teams.
The role requires an extremely experienced producer, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Working within the Film & Video team, you will provide support in delivering multiple projects from brief through to completion.
Reporting to the Manager of Production, with heavy day to day liaison with the Snr Manager of Film & Video, you will work closely with other Producers, and Heads of disciplines; managing a projects lifespan, ensuring budgets are scoped and updated, and that all agency processes are adhered to.
Daily responsibilities will include…
- Overseeing the production of Film & Video projects from brief through to completion, ensuring the team deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Generation of project scopes and schedules in conjunction with Snr Manager, Operations, and wider team.
- Facilitating regular meetings updating teams on project status and resolving any potential issues.
- Ownership of project budget, problem solving and resolving potential overspend.
- Briefing Film & Video and wider teams as per project requirements.
- Reconciling and billing all costs as per client requirements and internal standards.
- Conduct client meetings solo and represent the interests of the team.
- Regularly work with global teams based in America and Japan
- Attendance of wider Team Meetings that fit time zones outside of EU
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with internal and external partners
The team operate a hybrid working arrangement with regular attendance at their Liverpool based offices.
