Job Description

I am working alongside a well known, AJ100 London practice that are looking to expand and currently searching for a Healthcare Architect to join their team. The vacancy available is a permanent position which will be offering a salary of £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. 

They are seeking a Healthcare Architect who has proven expertise to contribute to various prestigious national and also international hospital projects. The ideal candidate would have to have previous experience working on large scale projects within a team setting, while also exhibiting leadership in managing smaller projects through all phases from inception to on-site execution. Furthermore, candidates are required to demonstrate outstanding abilities in project management, which includes adeptness in programming, effective resource allocation and successful delivery of outcomes. 

Our client has been going for over six decades and has now operated projects all across the world including the UK, North Africa, Middle East and Asia. As well as being well-known for healthcare buildings, they are also well established internationally for aviation and known in the UK for work on mixed use residential projects. In terms of background and experience, the right candidate will need to have extensive expertise in healthcare design and planning across all stages of the project and has a working understanding of the updated building regulations, health building notes and design standards. Regarding software, they are looking for someone who is proficient in Revit but other software could be considered.
