Senior FF&E Designer - High-End Residential (London)

Do you have a passion for creating luxurious interiors and a keen eye for detail? Are you an experienced FF&E designer with a proven track record in delivering high-end residential projects?

This dynamic interior design firm are seeking a talented and creative Senior FF&E Designer to join their growing team. You will play a key role in shaping the aesthetic of their exclusive London-based residential projects, working closely with designers, architects, and clients to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior designers to develop and execute FF&E concepts that align with the overall design vision and client brief.
• Conduct extensive research to source unique and high-quality furniture, lighting, artwork, and accessories from leading brands and artisans.
• Manage the FF&E procurement process, including negotiation with vendors, budgeting, and lead times.
• Create detailed FF&E drawings, specifications, and mood boards utilizing design software (e.g., AutoCAD).
• Conduct site visits to ensure proper space planning and furniture placement.
• Oversee the installation process and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on FF&E selection and specification.
• Stay current on design trends and emerging products within the high-end residential market.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a FF&E Designer.
• Proven experience working on high-end residential projects in London.
• Strong understanding of furniture, lighting, artwork, and material selection.
• Excellent knowledge of FF&E procurement, budgeting, and project management.
• Proficiency in design software programs (AutoCAD).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Passion for luxury design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
