New Role - 3D Designer

I am looking for a Mid - Senior 3D Designer

Location: East London

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Schedule: Three days in office per week

Are you a super creative and skilled 3D Designer with a passion for events, bringing vibrant, detail-driven concepts to life with technical expertise and creativity.

About the role

As a Mid - Senior 3D Designer, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and execute compelling visual concepts across a range of touchpoints, from live projects to internal communications and pitches.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to push creative boundaries, bringing fresh ideas to life while demonstrating confidence in your design decisions. You’ll have a strong background in event design and be comfortable working across both print and digital media

Responsibilities

• Develop creative, brand-aligned 3D concepts and solutions.
• Produce sketches, illustrations, and high-quality 3D visuals.
• Create detailed drawings, source materials, and assist in costing.
• Prepare and present design proposals, ensuring feasibility and budget alignment.
• Conduct site visits and inspections with senior creatives.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and execution quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years in 3D design, ideally in events/experiential sectors.
• Proficiency in Cinema 4D, Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite & 2D CAD.
• Strong spatial awareness, storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Confident communicator and team player with a problem-solving mindset
