Job Description

I've got an urgent opportunity for a Part II assistant to work for a medium sized design led practice in London. This is a permanent opportunity with a salary circa £35,000.

You're availability is actually a key aspect for this role. With a very successful year the company in question require multiple Part II's who are able to interview and start a new position within a matter of days. 

This is more of a design focused position however you won't be restricted to front end design forever more, there will be opportunities to work across all stages over time. You'll be assisting on the concept design and modeling of projects within the residential and commercial sector.

Specifically you'll be working on medium sized residential developments and commercial developments in the UK and the US. 

Rhino fluency is key, you'll need to be able to use Rhino from day one without much in the way of supervision. Revit would be ideal and a bit of a bonus however first and foremost.

You'll need to be able to work in the UK without sponsorship to be considered.
