Architect / Project Manager – FF&E, Finishes & Fit-Out Specialist - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Full Time – Architecture & Interior Design Industry

The company is seeking an experienced Architect & Project Manager with a strong background in Interior Design, Bespoke Furniture, and Finishes for ultra-high-profile interior projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing turnkey projects from conception to delivery/installation, ensuring efficiency, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail at every stage. This role reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will lead and manage multiple high-profile projects from inception to completion, effectively managing stakeholders at every stage.
• They will coordinate and oversee projects, including analysis of client briefs and tender documents.
• This individual will collaborate effectively with internal teams (FF&E, Procurement, Quality Control, Quantity Estimation) and external stakeholders (client contractors and suppliers).
• They will ensure alignment between project specifications, quality standards, and quantities, proactively resolving any discrepancies or issues with suppliers.
• The Project Manager will oversee and manage delivery timelines, logistics, installation, and quality control to guarantee smooth project execution.
• They will maintain effective communication across departments and with clients to meet deadlines and project objectives.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience in Project Management, preferably with in-depth knowledge of FF&E, Finishes, and Fit-Out projects, is essential.
• A strong knowledge of bespoke furniture and high-end suppliers is necessary.
• The candidate must possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is a must.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish is an advantage.
