Job Description

I'm currently assisting a busy AJ100 practice for multiple positions within their London office. This is a permanent position with a salary circa £45,000 depending on experience.

This position is certainly one for those who are more technically minded. You'll be working on delivery of a number of large scale schemes within the office. You'll need to be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of UK building regulations and should have a portfolio to reflect a good amount technical detailing ability. Although stage 4 experience is key and the most important aspect in the initial few months of this role you'll also have the change to visit sites in London and work alongside Senior Architects on a client facing capacity, as a result your ability communicate with clients and contractors on site will need to be at a high level. Experience of working on planning applications would be a bonus but as mentioned above not the initial need, it's a similar story with your experience of producing tender packages.

The work is varied, largely in the UK with some international work in the pipeline. You'll be working on large scale residential and commercial schemes,. some of which medium-0high rise and you'll need to have a previous background on such projects to be considered. Mixed-use experience would also be hugely beneficial.

Revit fluency is key. You'll be expected to complete a Revit test as part of the interview process as you'll be expected to use Revit from early on independently.
