THIS JUST IN! I'm helping a juggernaut or a multi-disciplinary practice who are seeking multiple Architects on a very long term contract basis. It's a chance to work on high profile Sports projects spanning the globe. The minimum length of contract time is 6 months however the it is a likely 2-3 year contract. With a healthy rate of up to £40/hr Umbrella it's not one to be missed. This is an Inside IR35 position.
You may have guessed but of not one of the most important aspects for this position is your ability and background with working on Sports and Stadia. Although this is a specific sector it is vital you have exposure to either Stadia or large scale arena's or concert halls.
With a large number of projects at various stages you'll need to be adaptable and flexible with the RIBA stages you'll be working on. Some are at Stage 2, some stage 3 and some RIBA stage 4. You should be comfortable with working in these stages.
Specifically any experience with working on converting parts of a stadium to change their use would be beneficial but not a pre-requisite. Additionally specific experience overlay experience and turnaround for venues would be great.
Revit is the main software and you will be using Revit on a daily basis so this is very important.
