About the Role:
A design led practice in Bristol are seeking a talented Delivery Architect with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join the team could also be an Architectural Designer. This role offers the opportunity to work on a mix of international and local projects, delivering high-quality architectural solutions from design through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project delivery from detailed design through to construction.

• Manage and coordinate project teams, consultants, and contractors.

• Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning permissions, and industry standards.

• Provide technical expertise and problem-solving throughout the construction process.

• Work collaboratively with design teams to develop efficient and practical architectural solutions.

• Liaise with international stakeholders, adapting designs to different regulatory environments.

• Contribute to BIM coordination and digital workflows.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience as a registered Architect or an Architectural Designer 

• Strong background in project delivery across various scales.

• Proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with additional BIM tools is a plus.

• Knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policies.

• Experience working on both local and international projects is highly desirable.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
