Architect in Hampshire? 

I am working with a firm who are looking for a skilled and technically capable Architect with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience to join a close-knit practice in Farnborough. Specialising primarily in residential projects with some commercial work, they pride ourselves on delivering high-quality designs and seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to all project phases with a particular focus on the technical RIBA stages (4-6).
• Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit.
• Ensure designs comply with UK building regulations and planning standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the technical design and construction phases.
• Support design development with technical problem-solving and delivery expertise.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in Revit for producing detailed designs and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding and experience of technical design during RIBA Stages 4-6.
• Knowledge of UK building regulations, standards, and planning requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills.

Salary is negotiable and will be based on experience and ability, but is expected to be between £35,000 - £40,000.
