Position: Creative 2D Designer (Mid to Senior Level)
Location: East London (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

This role is perfect for a talented Creative 2D Designer who can bring clients' visions to life.

This is a DUAL role combining creative graphic design with artworking responsibilities (50/50 split). The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating a blend of conceptual design skills and meticulous artworking expertise. This position involves working closely with internal teams and clients, confidently presenting ideas and ensuring brand integrity across all projects.

Responsibilities:

• Creative Design:

  • Develop innovative 2D design concepts for events, activations, exhibitions, and brand experiences.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs aligned with project goals.
  • Confidently present ideas and designs to clients, articulating creative vision and rationale.

• Artworking:

  • Prepare accurate, print-ready files, ensuring technical specifications are met for various mediums (large format, digital, etc.).
  • Adapt designs for different platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all outputs meet high standards.

• Collaboration & Communication:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including production, project managers, and 3D designers to align creative solutions with project requirements.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure proper execution of designs across materials and formats.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and apply relevant insights to enhance creative output

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within events, activations, exhibitions, or branding industries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and artworking projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or similar software is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of design for print and large format production.
• Strong conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate briefs into innovative visual solutions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Confident in presenting to clients and managing feedback constructively.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and applying them across various touchpoints.
