mustard is partnering with an integrated Design and Development Group known for their innovation and creativity within the Wellness and Hospitality space. Their unique business structure provides both design and delivery functions with both in-house and external projects where they continue to influence the global landscape of wellness resorts and spas. 

They are currently expanding for a Design Manager where this pivotal position will oversee the project process of internationally acclaimed wellness destinations. You will manage multiple projects throughout their design and construction phases, ensuring that each aligns with company esteemed standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Lead multiple wellness resort and spa projects from initial brief through to on-site administration, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with clients, the internal design & technical team, and external consultants to guarantee that all projects reflect design excellence.
• Research and Innovation: Spearhead design-related research and collaborate with various departments during critical project stages, including market research and feasibility studies.
• Creative Vision: Develop and direct innovative concepts for luxury spa and wellness hotels, partnering with globally recognized design firms throughout the development process.

Requirements:

• University degree/Diploma in Interiors, Architecture or other related industries
• Minimum 8-10+ Years experience
• Experience in Wellness Projects is highly sought for
• Track record in managing/coordinating complex projects
