𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗱 is partnering with a client looking for an Technical Designer (BIM/Revit) with the ability to work on complex interior projects for bespoke furniture and spatial areas. You will develop and maintain 3D BIM models, ensuring alignment with project specifications and standards
Responsibilities include:
- BIM Model Development: Create and modify detailed 3D models, integrating various disciplines.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to maintain design integrity and resolve conflicts.
- Documentation: Produce high-quality technical drawings and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Software Management: Utilize BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) to enhance project outcomes and stay updated on trends.
- Quality Assurance: Implement standards for model quality and conduct audits for compliance.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- University Degree/Diploma in Interiors, Architecture or other related industries
- Minimum 3+ Years working experience
- Experience in Hospitality Interior projects would be ideal
- 2D and 3D Software skills needed - Revit is a must
- Strong command in English and Thai
