Job Description
A new practice that I have recently partnered with, and who used to be part of a larger Architectural / Construction firm, are seeking 1-2 new hires as we kick off 2025!
The 2 people required are:-
- A newly qualified Architect with at least 5 years industry experience
- Revit awareness will be desirable also, but training can be provided, if you have for example close matching sector alignment
- Be confident on site, typically have site visits once a month and can expect an interesting mix of sectors that include Industrial, Automotive, Commercial, Retail, Fit Out, Offices
They are a a a team of 7 currently, and with their upcoming workload, are looking to conduct interviews immediately with the aim of getting the right Senior / more Junior Architect in place by February
Salary on offer will range up to £65,000 PA for the more Senior Job Runner/ Architect, and circa £40,000 for the newly qualified Architect.
