About the Role

As the Senior Production Manager, you’ll lead a talented team to execute captivating designs and installations for iconic hospitality venues across the UK and globally. From planning new venue launches to maintaining and enhancing existing spaces, your work will ensure every project shines. You’ll also coordinate stunning production pieces, keeping these dynamic venues unforgettable.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Team Leadership: Line-manage, mentor, and inspire a team, fostering a motivated and collaborative environment.
• Project Management: Plan resources, streamline workflows, and track team capacity to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Creative Oversight: Lead the development of creative concept documents for new venues.
• Installation Execution: Manage installations, ensuring dressing elements are meticulously prepared and implemented.
• Buying Coordination: Oversee the buying calendar and organize buying trips.
• Inventory Management: Create inventory and financial reports, ensuring accurate tracking and reconciliation.
• Logistics Coordination: Work closely with logistics teams for stock management and tracking.
• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with international franchise partners.
• Budget Ownership: Manage budgets from initial planning to final reconciliation.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project and budget management experience.
• Confidence under pressure and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and SketchUp (a plus!).
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding results.
