Job Description

I've just taken on an exciting opportunity at an established multi-disciplinary London based practice. This is a permanent position with a salary in the range of £45,000 - £55,000pa depending on experience. 

This is an opportunity for a Project Architect who's a comfortable job runner. Eventually this position may develop into a managerial senior level position however initially it's much more of a hands on Project Architect position. You'll need to demonstrate a high level of communication, client facing experience would be beneficial. You'll be coordinating between various departments- Masterplanning, Architecture, Interior Design and Landscape both in the UK and in the Middle East.

You'll need experience in working on residential masterplans, the company within various sectors however right now the need is for strong mastplan experience within the residential sector. The work is nice and varied, with a portfolio that demonstrates large scale mixed-use schemes, residential and commercial developments. They are working on projects both in the UK and The Middle East, it would be hugely beneficial to have experience of working on projects in the Middle East.

The main software in use are Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, 3DS Max and the Adobe Suite. Whilst you won't need to be the worlds best user in all of these you'll need at least an intermediate understanding in all of the above. 

They company are in a position to expand the London office over the next 6-12 months dramatically so it's a great chance to get in and grow with the practice. With an attractive set of benefits it's not one to be missed!
