Architectural Technician in South London?

I'm currently assisting a close-knit Architectural Consultants based just South of London in their hunt for an Architectural Technologist on a permanent basis. If you're a Technically orientated Architect with the skill-set required then you may also be considered. 

This is one for you Revit users. The company in question exclusively use Revit and have done for a number of years so it's vital you have at least 3 years solid Revit use for this opportunity. 

The work is domestic residential schemes so you'll be working on private residential schemes and extensions within the Croydon and Surrey areas. A portfolio to mirror such work would be ideal and for a bonus point you have specific experience with working on schemes within Greater London and Surrey areas. 

With the size of company you'll have a great opportunity to work across all RIBA stages and gain vital knowledge of the whole process. Initially, however, you'll be working within RIBA stages 3 and 4 so a sound understanding of the planning process is a must. You'll need to demonstrate good planning application drawings, pre-app work as well as detailing packages. Although site experience won't be a pre-requisite it would certainly help. Given the location of the office you'll need to have a car and licence.

Occasionally you'll be assisting and working alongside clients so you're communication ability will need to be top notch, previous client facing experience would put you in good stead. 

This is a permanent role to start immediately and the salary expectation is circa £35,000 depending on ability and experience.
