Director of Architecture
Bristol

Are you a strategic thinker who thrives on winning business and building relationships? I am  looking for a Director of Architecture to take a leading role in a growing  architecture division and driving success across the team.

This role is about business development first and foremost—identifying opportunities, pitching to clients, and delivering results. You’ll bring proven experience in winning work and managing large-scale projects while leading and inspiring a talented team.

What you’ll bring:

• A strong track record of winning projects and developing client relationships.
• Experience working on large, complex projects
• The ability to identify market opportunities and turn them into business wins.
• A passion for delivering innovative, high-quality architecture.
