Job Description

I'm currently assisting a large practice in their search for a Senior level job running Architect or Technician. This is for a well-established company with a smaller and growing London office based in hearth of the city. This is a permanent position with a salary up to £50,000.

This is a technical one! It's very much a position for a delivery focused Architect or Technician, you'll be working on the delivery RIBA stages 4-6. It's a Senior position but you'll also be producing technical detailing packages and should be able to demonstrate this within your CV and portfolio. Site experience is required as you'll be working with clients and contractors on site on a fairly regular basis. 

What will I be working? Basically anything but residential. Whilst the company in question do cover a lot of residential work this is an opportunity to work within some of the other disciplines they cover which include Healthcare, Education, Commercial and Leisure. To be considered you will need a strong background in one or more of the above (not residential).

Revit fluency is a must, you'll be required to hit the ground running with Revit from day one hence the need for strong Revit users. A number of other software are in use at times such as AutoCAD and SketchUp but the emphasis is on your Revit ability.  

There is a hybrid working policy along with good benefits. With big plans to grow the London office there is a career path to grow alongside the company. Interviews are taking place in the coming weeks with a start date for early January in mind.
