Job Description

A 12 strong MCIAT + ARB practice have recently found their Part II they have been seeking, but still require a strong Designer, with ideally proven Masterplanning/ Residential (Developer led) schemes. 

This practice focus on mainly PLC Developer builds, and take on work from Vistry/ Crest and other big Developers in the Industry. 

They are mainly Revit using, still use AutoCAD in tandem, but a high degree of Revit skill will be essential for this team and to be successful in your application. 

They can offer 3 days office / 2 days WFH (from the get-go), and are based around the Stratford Upon Avon area

Salary on offer will range up to £45,000 PA
