Job Description
I'm currently looking to speak with Part II Architectural Assistants who would be keen to work at one of the country most well-known multidisciplinary practices. This is a long term contract at a minimum of 6 months but likely to extended far beyond that point. This is an Inside IR35 position with a salary circa £22/hr depending on experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well run practice on large scale complex buildings. You'll be working within the infrastructure team and specifically rail- previous experience in this field would be a huge bonus but you will also be considered if you have other complex building experience. This may include healthcare and life science schemes. You'll be working on rail schemes across the UK as well as internationally.
It's a broad role when it comes to your day to day responsibilities- a technical background would be preferred and you should definitely have a good understand and experience within RIBA stages 3-4. That being said there are multiple opportunities at this particular practice so if you're a more rounded individual who works on front end design then you may also be considered. Adaptability is the key, with a busy pipeline of work flow you may be put onto varying schemes and varying RIBA stages throughout the contract so it's ideal for those not wanting to be pigeon holed.
Revit fluency is a must and there may be a Revit test as part of the interview process.
This is an urgent position so if you're available and interested then please get in touch now. There is an attractive hybrid policy.
