** Exciting Hybrid Role for London based Design & Build Studio **

Our Nationwide Workplace Interior Design & Build client are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician / Interior Technician.

If you are reading this as an experienced Technician, you don't need me to tell you that an AT produces high quality technical and construction drawings to support site delivery teams on all interior construction projects - so if you understand that, and you have experience in this sort of thing - keep reading!

Your key responsibilities will include collaborating in production of detailed drawings and the release schedule to the onsite delivery teams - ensuring this is done on time and with the upmost accuracy! You must LOVE detail to be good at this job. 

Importantly you will be an AutoCAD master, the studio occasionally uses REVIT but this is not their current go to software, but could be chance for someone wanting to learn. 

Whilst using AutoCAD to produce these drawing packs, you will be able to spend time on site, forming relationships with site managers, improving your building knowledge and being able to spot any potential issues before they become anything more.  Any changes to drawings you make will always take into consideration the impact on MEP services.
