They are seeking a Senior Architect / Associate Level Architect to join their dynamic team in Singapore working closely with the Director and project team to manage and control the design and construction of various projects across multiple sectors with a key focus within the Transport and Rail sectors. 

Responsibilities:

As an integral member of the team, you will contribute to the successful management and delivery of projects from brief to completion. You will translate design concepts into detailed construction plans whilst producing 2D / 3D drawings ensuring compliance with local building regulations. Effective communication and adaptability are essential as you navigate changing requirements from client expectations and complex projects. Your problem-solving skills, positive attitude, and commitment to self-improvement will drive success. Management experience to coordinate with the client and government bodies to efficiently deliver a demanding and complex workflow. 

Requirements:

• Registration with the Board of Architects in Singapore 
• Minimum 5+ Post Registered Years experience
• Strong understanding of Singapore Building Systems, Regulations, and construction types.
• Revit, Autocad and Sketchup competent
• Proficient in 3D software - Rhino, Grasshopper, etc., preferred.
