CALLING ALL Event  Producers looking for a Permanent role with a dynamic design and fabrication agency based in North London, specializing in creating bespoke, high-end experiences for luxury fashion and retail brands. With an eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship, they bring ideas to life through innovative design and high-quality production. Work spans across creative installations, pop-up shops, window displays, and immersive brand activations for some of the most prestigious names in fashion and retail.

As an Event Producer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering world-class events and brand experiences. You’ll work closely with luxury fashion and retail clients to bring their vision to life, managing every aspect of production from concept to execution. You’ll coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality, bespoke events and installations that align with brand expectations and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end production of luxury brand events and activations, ensuring all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into detailed briefs for the creative and fabrication teams.
• Vendor Management: Source and manage external suppliers, including venues, contractors, and freelancers, ensuring all partners meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Budget Control: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality outputs.
• Timeline Management: Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met and that events are delivered smoothly.
• On-Site Coordination: Lead on-site event production, overseeing set-up, installation, and break-down, and ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all aspects of the event or installation meet the agency’s high standards for luxury, craftsmanship, and innovation.
• Problem Solving: Anticipate potential issues and proactively develop solutions to ensure flawless execution of events.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of event production experience, ideally within luxury fashion, retail, or creative design sectors.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the luxury fashion and retail landscape, with a track record of delivering high-end events.
• Project Management: Proven experience managing large-scale events or installations, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Client-Facing: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to planning, with a keen eye for detail and quality control.
• Creative Problem Solving: Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing project requirements and unexpected challenges.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with design, fabrication, and installation processes, as well as experience working with technical and creative teams.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel for site visits and work on-site for event installations, often outside of standard working hours.

Desirable:

• Luxury Brand Experience: Previous experience working with high-end fashion or retail brands.
• Design Background: An understanding of spatial design, visual merchandising, or a related discipline.
• Network: Established relationships with suppliers and venues in the luxury sector.
