ARE YOU A FREELANCE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER LOOKING TO OPEN NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR A HIGH END RESIDENTIAL STUDIO?

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base within the high-end residential market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and a deep understanding of the luxury interior design sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, real estate developers, and other potential clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, tailoring strategies to meet market demands.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies and goals, aligning with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, real estate agents, and other industry professionals to enhance business opportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Create and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing our design expertise and value proposition.
  • Networking: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the luxury or interior design sector.
  • Strong understanding of high-end residential interior design and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with high-net-worth clients and industry influencers.
  • Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
