CALLING ALL Project Directors / Exec producers with Events Experiences looking for a full-time PERM role working 2/3 days per week in office (Hybrid model)  This is with a globally recognized, creatively driven full-service experience marketing agency, renowned for leading B2B and B2C event projects. We excel particularly in large-scale expos for technology sector clients. Partnered with top brands Known for  award-winning large-scale events, we handle everything from expos and promotional roadshows to experiential events, conferences, and exhibitions.

 

 

Role Overview

 

 

  • Leading large-scale projects for 6,000+ attendees
  • Coordinating and allocating resources across projects
  • Overseeing the pitch process
  • Managing client relationships, strategic planning, and commercial forecasting
  • Handling supplier relations, engagement, and negotiations
  • Overseeing project delivery, including schedules, strategies, and budget management
  • Ensuring sustainability goals are achieved for all assigned projects
  • Managing and reconciling multi-million-pound, multi-currency budgets

 

 

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large, complex events, preferably within an agency or corporate environment. You should have a strong background in live event production and experience handling budgets exceeding £1 million. Excellent client-facing skills, creativity, and the ability to work closely with internal teams are essential.
