Job Description

An outstanding hospitality design studio in London is seeking a talented and creative Mid-Weight Interior Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end restaurant interior design, excellent proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as 3-4 years of experience working in London's interior design industry. You'll be joining a creative and dynamic team in a lovely studio in East-London offering hybrid working and excellent projects.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop innovative interior design concepts for high-end restaurants.
• Produce detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers to ensure design concepts meet the project requirements.
• Select and source materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with the design vision and meet budget constraints.
• Create compelling visual presentations using Adobe Creative Suite to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in interior design, with a specific focus on high-end restaurant projects in London.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of materials, furnishings, and finishes relevant to high-end hospitality design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Day-to-day

• Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts.
• Conduct site visits and liaise with contractors to ensure design intent is carried out during construction.
• Attend client meetings to present design ideas and gather feedback.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in hospitality interior design.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
