Job Description

The studio seeks a talented and passionate Mid-Weight Interior Designer to join its dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of stunning residential interiors while working alongside industry-leading designers.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior designers to develop design concepts and schemes that align with client aspirations and project briefs.
• Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards, and presentations to clients.
• Develop detailed design drawings, specifications, and material selections.
• Manage and coordinate the FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) procurement process, from sourcing to installation.
• Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient delivery within the specified parameters.
• Liaise with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay up-to-date of the latest design trends, materials, and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mid-Weight Interior Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating a refined aesthetic and attention to detail.
• Excellent design skills, including space planning, layout, and color coordination.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for luxury interior design and a keen eye for detail.
