Job Description: Freelance Interior/Spatial/Vision Designer for Pub Design

Outside ir35

Dates required: August 19th - 30th 

Company Overview:

Join a dynamic team to design the interiors of pubs for a well-known British pub brand. They specialize in creating unique, welcoming spaces that bring consistency and charm to each pub while respecting their individual characters.

Position: Interior/Spatial/Vision Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for pub interiors, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across various locations.
• Develop key design elements such as exterior façades and entryway designs that can be adapted to different pub formats and locations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate the brand’s vision into functional, aesthetically pleasing pub environments.
• Work on full interior designs rather than isolated elements, although expertise in specific areas like visual merchandising of backbars is also valuable.
• Ensure design solutions align with the brand’s ethos and customer expectations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in designing interiors specifically for pubs (experience with mainstream/highstreet pub chains preferred).
• Ability to manage comprehensive interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Flexibility to adapt designs to various pub formats and site-specific requirements.
• Strong creative vision with an eye for detail and brand consistency.

Work Environment:

• Flexibility to work remotely, with the option to come into the office in London a few days a week if preferred.

Compensation:

• Competitive daily rate £250 - £350 (depending on experience)
• Position is outside IR35.
