Job Description

A key client in the Northampton area, have informed me on their remaining needs - for at least 2 additional staff members (ideally hitting majority of the below criteria):- 

Anybody with a good proficiency and liking to work in Revit software, and if you have had prior job running experience - will be the main twinned skill-set the 3 Partners here would be looking to see. A strong stage 4/5 construction detailing heavy portfolio would be great to demonstrate this and notable experience in previous practices outlining specific examples of where you have led a small team/ delivered a project from inception to completion 

They are requiring their team to be in the office full time, as having gone to meet with the Partners, you do get a very 'family' feel and so this 'in office' preference really helps with their day-to-day operating and sharing ideas with each other very collaboratively 

• They are made up of Architects, Interior Designers and Principal Designers, with circa 30 members of staff.

• They are looking for Architects/Technicians/Technologists with experience of running projects (the more experienced, the better) that are capable of producing their own drawings to a high standard and leading others when required.

• We work across lots of different sectors (Logistics, Education, Research & Development, Offices, Leisure, Community, Hotels, Sports, Civic, Industrial, Mixed-Use, Interiors, Master-Planning, etc) which creates fantastic opportunities for personal development and stimulating project experience, with project values from £500,000 to over £200 million.

• The ability to have good REVIT skills is essential, as the vast majority of our projects are undertaken using this software, and need staff to ‘hit the ground running’ on projects.

• They also use other computer software such as AutoCAD, Lumion, Sketch-up and InDesign, so experience of these is desirable.

• Very nice working environment, reinforced by lots of social and well-being activities and events (they take a sensible approach to hybrid working but all staff are in the office virtually every day).  This is really important to them, both for the success of the practice, and for individual development.

Salary could range to as high as £60 - 65,000 PA (if they deem you to have the reflective experience)
