The Role:

The ideal Senior Level Architect will have a track record of delivering key projects within the region with a result driven mentality to excel the company's vision whilst cultivating a cohesive team structure to produce highly innovative design and construction methods. The role will work closely with Senior Management in creating practical and creative designs whilst being able to develop business acumen and leadership traits. Being an excellent communicator is vital in being the forefront of the business to cultivate rapport with clients, external consultants, and local officials. Having a hands-on approach with projects from briefing to completion is a key aspect in making sure workflow is efficient and to its highest standards.   

Requirements:

• Masters in Architecture from a recognized institution
• Minimum 3-5+ Years post-qualification experience
• Passionate in all-round architectural work
• Analytical and commercial mindset
• BIM exposure is an advantage
• HKIA Registration
