Job Description

A 14 strong practice in the heart of Birmingham, are now prioritizing a Senior Designer (Not overly important that you are ARB registered) but would need to possess strong Job Running skills which they will require to assist with their upcoming workload

Planning applications have been  submitted and recently approved for various Medium - Large sized Developer led schemes in the local B'ham area as well as Oxford /Cambridge areas 

Revit is the primary software, and can't consider candidate coming solely from an AutoCAD background, given they are 90% in Revit now, and haven't got the luxury of time to bring new starters up to speed on this software. 

Having a strong Residential background, would be this practices ideal (80% of their workload), but also get involved in the off Commercial, Retirement and Conservational scheme

Salary on offer will range around the £45,000 figure (DOE), and it is important that you are local to B'ham, given they prefer full time office working (9 - 5.30pm)
