Job Title: Architect (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: Bristol, UK

Company Overview: Join a renowned architectural firm based in Bristol, dedicated to delivering sustainable and innovative projects with a focus on conservation. They are currently seeking a skilled Architect for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on architectural projects with a focus on conservation, incorporating Passivhaus/BREEAM standards and sustainable design principles.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation using AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct site visits and assessments as required, ensuring compliance with design standards and regulations.
• Contribute to the development of design concepts and strategies.

Qualifications:

• ARB registered Architect.
• Proven experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Strong understanding of conservation principles and sustainable design practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
