This role will focus on generating new business opportunities within a B2B environment, lead generation, driving business in line with the clients strategy and a professional marketing agency services offering. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a creative agency setting and client service. You will carry overall responsibility for developing new connections, campaigns, generating new lead opportunities, planning for sector diversity and creative solutions led sales growth. Working with the Business Director, Creative Director and wider studio team, you will work towards strategic company objectives and targeted sales growth for the client.
Essential Skills:
• Strong communication skills across all channels (by phone, in-person, socials etc)
• Have experience in generating creative/digital campaigns/opportunities in a B2B environment
• Comfortable in pitching in a B2B arena particularly to marketing services and procurement
• Ability to apply agency knowledge across a variety of sectors
• Confidence to communicate to all levels of seniority within a prospective business
• Enthusiastic with a drive to succeed in a demanding sales prospecting environment

A global brand & packaging agency are looking to grow their London studio with a Senior Designer. For over 30 years the studio has been working with some of the biggest FMCG blue chip brands including Colgate, Muller, Rowse, Thatcher’s and Unilever.
This role would suit a Midweight Designer looking for their first Senior role or a Senior with a year or so under their belt. As Senior Designer you’ll be working with the client service team to ensure that the highest quality work is produced.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing input for the strategic development of projects from a brand design perspective.
- Taking on responsibility for the day-to-day design of projects in the studio.
- Creating unique and varied design responses to each brief, whilst meeting the brief and showing an eye for detail.
- Leading presentations on those projects in which you have been personally involved.
- Mentoring junior members of the design team.

Chase Design Group is currently seeking a Senior Account Manager for our Bristol studio!
The Senior Account Manager oversees all aspects of the creative project using planning, monitoring, budgeting and client communication skills. They will contribute to overall account and brand strategies and are responsible for completion of the project on time, budget and spec. To this end, the Senior Account Manager performs a variety of tasks including, but not limited to coordinating all resources and stakeholders, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring, summarising and communicating the progress of the project.
Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor projects on a day-to-day basis
- Establish and build strong relationships with clients
- Ensure daily client communication, collaboration and resolution
- Juggle multiple clients and projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Review deliverables to make sure the work meets client requirements
- Ensure that work is completed on time and within budget
- Participate in client meetings, and present work along with the creative lead
- Develop proposals and scope of work documents:
- Involve creative and production leads on proposal development
- Plan projects to meet goals within constraints (time, cost and material)
- Create detailed project timelines identifying key milestones for all stakeholders
- Efficiently manage challenges due to scope-creep, changed requirements, missed deadlines etc. with the assistance of key stakeholders
- Provide input for scheduling internal and external resources

Requirements
- 4-5 years’ experience in a fast-paced print-focused creative environment
- Managing packaging project experience is a must
- Quick to absorb and analyse large amounts of information
- Enthusiastic, energetic, imaginative, creative, approachable, outgoing and diplomatic
- A clear communicator, in person and writing
- Skilled at listening, negotiation, presenting and motivating others
- Mac literate – Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite is a big plus
- Comfortable working as part of a team in a communal atmosphere
- Knowledge of creative development and printing processes
- Aware of current brands and commercial trends especially as they relate to design and packaging development
