About the Role

As the Lead Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing the vision to life. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the direction of the new office, leading by example and fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, diverse team of architects and designers.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities, develop strategies to grow the agency’s client base, and expand its portfolio.
• Client Liaison: Serve as the face of the agency, ensuring excellent client relationships through clear communication, innovative solutions, and a commitment to quality.

About You

We’re looking for a dynamic professional with the following:

• Proven experience in leading architectural teams and delivering high-profile projects.
• A passion for design innovation and an ability to think strategically.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders from all backgrounds.
