Job Description

A global full-service exhibitions agency is seeking a talented Exhibition Designer to join their tight knit team's dog friendly office. In this role you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and managing the execution of exhibitions and experiential installations from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role offers a hybrid in office / work from home setup, and career advancement opportunities such as on the job training to advance Design and Project Management skills

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop innovative exhibition designs that align with client objectives and brand identities.
• Create detailed design proposals, including floor plans and 3D renderings
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, fabricators, and technicians, to bring design concepts to life.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• 2 years minimum designing custom & modular exhibition stands
• Customer facing
• Ideally working in AutoCAD & 3DS Max
• Vectorworks & Cinema 4D considered
• PhotoShop & Illustrator
