Job Description
A thriving Architects practice, based in the heart of the city centre are actively searching for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join their 14 strong team.
With this practice specializing in Residential/ Developer projects, the MD's ideal candidate would be someone that have prior experience working across the Residential sector and having a strong software proficiency in both AutoCAD + Revit would be desirable.
Starting to conduct interviews this week, but the main criteria that will stand you application out from others will be:-
- Site Exposure (have conformability dealing with clients)
- Building Regulation knowledge
- Proven detailing experience (Stage 4/5) demonstrated through a strong portfolio of works (ideally showing prior Revit detailing)
- Enthusiastic, and proactive attitude to work.
- Layout Design experience would be a massive plus
Salary on offer will range up to £34,000 PA, and this practice can also offer a free parking permit (following successful 6 month probation)
