Service Desk / 2nd Line Network Support
London - Hybrid working
£35,000 - £40,000 – Certifications/Qualifications + Health Insurance + Generous Pension Scheme
Exciting opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Service Desk Engineer to develop their networking experience in an innovative technology services provider.
This user-centric technology partner have been established for over 20 years and provide end-to-end service solutions packages and bespoke tailored digital solutions to their clients.
In this role you will be troubleshooting, resolving and responding to their clients ticketed service desk enquiries, travelling to client sites around London when needed for onsite network support issues.
The perfect candidate will have previous service desk experience for an MSP, you will be confident with 365, AD, managing licenses and have some experience with Networking support such as firewalls and servers. You must have a full drivers license and own vehicle as you may need to travel to client sites in London.
