Job Description

A 35 strong practice in Northampton, that work across both Interior / Architectural worlds have made me aware that they are open to taking on at least 1-2 more Architects/ Senior Project Lead + Job Runners. 

The practice is owned and managed by 3 Partners, all of whom take an active role in designing and delivering projects; bringing a passion for high-quality design and service to their Clients; creating a friendly, collaborative and enjoyable working environment. 

They are looking for Architects/Technicians/Technologists with experience of running projects (the more experienced, the better) that are capable of producing their own drawings to a high standard and leading others when required.

Main sectors include Logistics, Education, Research & Development, Offices, Leisure, Community, Hotels, Sports, Civic, Industrial, Mixed-Use, Interiors, Master-Planning to state their primary sectors, which creates fantastic opportunities for personal development with the chance to work on a large variety of schemes at any one time.  Project values range from £500,000 to over £200 million.

The ability to have good REVIT skills is essential, as the vast majority of our projects are undertaken using this software, and so need any new starters to ‘hit the ground running’ on projects as haven't got the luxury of time to offer training to get you up to speed unfortunately

Experience in AutoCAD, Lumion, Sketch-up of these is desirable, as these are the other alternative software's the team uses across their projects in tandem with Revit.
