mustard is partnering with an International Architecture and Design group working on some of the most iconic projects globally. The studio holds an impressive set of creative and technically driven teams with a need to expand on their business development and marketing department for a Senior Business Development Manager / Head of Business with a well-connected network within the space. 

The Role:

• Engage in client services to build rapport with existing and new clients within the local Hong Kong and Greater China regions
• The relationship development journey will begin with working alongside key stakeholders and senior management to compile materials for client presentations and devising strategic plans on developments
• Conducting market research on trends and industry relevant news for on-going improvement on the company's delivery and reputation is vital to staying competitive
• Managing and leading the Business and Marketing Department 
• Contributing to developing innovative ways to approach the market and its challenges

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree with minimum 8-10+ years of business development experience in relevant field
• Strong communication skills to work with internal and external parties
• Experience working across multiple markets
• Track record in working with property developers would be advantageous
• Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
