Job Description

I've just taken on a fantastic opportunity at a London based medium sized practice. This is a long term contract, minimum 6 months with a rate circa £25/hr Ltd/Umbrella depending on experience. This is an outside IR35 position.

Ideally you should have at least 3 years industry experience for this role, it's heavily weighted towards someone with strong Revit skills. You'll be using Revit regularly from day one so it's very important you are up to scratch with this. 

As you may have guessed- yes this is  technical position. You'll be working within RIBA stage 4 and you'll need to be able to demonstrate strong detailing ability within a portfolio to be considered. 

The company in question specialise within the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. This particular position will be focusing on high end hospitality projects within the UK/London area. As a result any experience with high end hotels would be preferable. 

Interviews are taking place early next week with a start date in mind for a few days after so you'll need to be available to interview and start a new position within a fortnight. There is a hybrid working scheme, 3 days in office and 2 from home.
